2021 Wrap-up for Trusted Node

With 2022 around the corner, it’d be great to look at what we’ve achieved in 2021 and what to expect in 2022, and we’re grateful for our community’s support and interest in our project. To keep up with our ambitious roadmap, we’ve been working hard to hit our targets. Here’s a quick recap of what our team has achieved in 2021.

1. $TNODE IDO on TrustSwap & Listing on PancakeSwap

On November 9, 2021, we officially had our $TNODE IDO on TrustSwap. We appreciate everyone who took part in our IDO. The number of applicants, as well as those that took part in our Golden Ticket promotion, was beyond our expectations.

Following our IDO, on November 17, 2021, $TNODE was listed on PancakeSwap. As requested by the Trusted Node community, we have bridged it over from the ERC-20 blockchain to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). The crossover was prompted by the high gas fees on the Ethereum blockchain network and allows every member of our community to participate in this milestone at a lower cost.

Here are the $TNODE contract addresses:

Ethereum: 0x0e95b13539d0381ab20b4e2893e926fc99b3d8dc

Binance Smart Chain: 0x7f12a37b6921ffac11fab16338b3ae67ee0c462b

2. Launched Our Staking Portal & Liquidity Vault

Our Staking Portal, a hassle-free web app for deriving rewards from PoS staking, launched on October 15. Supported blockchains include Terra, Cosmos, Sentinel, Regen, Atom, Persistence, and Iris. Many other prominent blockchains are on the roadmap for further integration.

Trusted Node will have five segments working in tandem with the Staking Portal to achieve our vision: vaults, liquid staking, bridges, multichain governance, and DAO escrow. You can read more about these features here.

Our liquidity vault is also live, allowing users to provide liquidity and stake our platform’s native token ($TNODE) for blockchain rewards. At the moment, two vaults are available to users:

  1. TNODE/BUSD Liquidity Vault — A proof of liquidity vault where users can stake their TNODE-BUSD LP token and receive TNODE rewards on top of trading fees received from DEXs. To participate in this pool, you’re required to add liquidity to the TNODE-BUSD LP pair on PancakeSwap. Here’s how to do that.
  2. TNODE Vault — Our TNODE Vault allows users to stake TNODE to receive more TNODE tokens.

3. Achieved US$50 million TVL in just 3 weeks

In just 3 weeksh after launching our webapp and Staking Portal, Trusted Node achieved over US$50 million total value locked (TVL), which is an incredible achievement that highlights our users’ confidence in Trusted Node. We are thankful to our community for their continued support and belief in our project. More information about this incredible achievement can be found here.

4. Raised US$2 million in the private round in just one hour

The investment round was led by Plutus VC, followed by Lion DAO and NIOX DAO. The round also saw the participation of Tavis Digital and Primo Consulting.

Trusted Node CEO and founder Stefan Rust said, “We are thrilled to have the support of so many key investors, and has raised US$2 million in such a short amount of time reflects the trust and support in our project. Going forward, we will continue to develop and enhance our platform, providing more choices of validator networks to our users, which in turn will benefit the entire crypto ecosystem.”

Upcoming Plans

Our team is continually adding features and developing our project. We couldn’t have done it without our community. Our users, partners, investors, and even Twitter followers are essential to what makes Trusted Node what it is today. Thank you all for your support.

Despite a busy month, we also upgraded our Staking Portal UI, added the balance of staked tokens, audited our smart contract, and ensured that all forthcoming plans are on track. In the next few weeks, we will launch our DAO Escrow Vault, in which users will be able to lock their tokens for a fixed amount of time to receive stable rewards and also benefit from governance rights. Users of our Staking Portal will be entitled to a yield boost of their delegated assets if they stake a certain amount of $TNODE in our DAO Escrow vault.

Trusted Node will be forming even more collaborations with many types of crypto community stakeholders and digital asset service providers in the near future, so stay tuned!
